APPLICANTS’ PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION
As part of recruitment and selection processes, PRADO-CARTOLINAS DA LOUSÃ, SA will handle applicants’ personal data. This Applicants’ Privacy and Information Statement is intended to provide important information about how your personal information is collected and used by PCL.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING?
Your personal data will be processed by PRADO CARTOLINAS DA LOUSÃ, SA, headquartered at Lugar do Penedo in Lousã, Legal Entity registered at the Lousã Commercial Registry Office, with the unique registration and identification number of corporate entity 505 853 825, hereinafter designated as PCL as Responsible of the personal data processing of its applicants.
LEGITIMACY FOR PROCESSING AND PROCESSING PURPOSES
PCL collects and treats personal information about applicants in order to be able to manage selection and recruitment processes for their structure, and the necessary processing for the correct development of recruitment processes. Processing purposes are: (a) management of recruitment and selection processes; (b) managing contacts with applicants, including determining the suitability of the applicant for any vacancies and job opportunities that show up in PCL; and (c) compliance with legal obligations when applicable, such as compliance with orders from judicial / administrative entities, defence of judicial rights.
DATA ORIGIN
We get personal data directly from applicants, through recruitment companies or through LinkedIn (publicly available professional network), which may be maintained electronically and /or on paper.
COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is accessed by PCL employees responsible for recruitment processes and IT services.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
There is no place for the transfer of personal data.
PERSONAL DATA CATEGORIES
PCL collects and processes the following categories of personal data: identification information, including all information included in CV's, as well as full name, nationality, age, gender, personal contacts (phone number, email, address), date birth, ID number, languages spoken, photo, hobbies and interests, work experience, educational qualifications and training.
DATA RETENTION
PCL retains personal data for the necessary period for the purposes described in this privacy statement and information to applicants, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. PCL will keep your personal data for a period of 12 months after the conclusion of the selection process for which you are applying, in order to keep your personal data for any future recruitment processes during that period. Once these twelve months have elapsed without any data updating and renewal of consent by applicants, they will be deleted unless required to comply with legal obligation or in the course of legal proceedings.
DATA HOLDERS 'RIGHTS
You can contact us by letter or by email rh@papeldopado.com in order to exercise your rights under Articles 15 to 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Applicants are entitled to:
- Access and confirm their personal data;
- Request a copy of their personal data;
- Request that we add, correct or delete their personal data; or that we stop or limit the collection, processing, use or communication of personal data; The right to rectification includes the right to complete your incomplete personal data, including through providing new information;
- Oppose the processing of their personal data;
- Receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and readable format and the right to pass this data to another responsible, once the data is processed with applicant’s consent.
You may revoke your consent at any time with definitive effect. Please send your revocation request to rh@papeldoprado.com.
You have the right, at all times, to complain to the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) regarding the processing of your personal data.
APPLICANTS’ OBLIGATIONS
Applicants compromise to provide PCL with true and accurate information and to update their personal data in the event of changes. If you provide us with incomplete or incorrect information, we will not be able to make a correct assessment in the selection and recruitment process.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILE DEFINITION
Your personal data is not used for automated decision-making and profiling purposes.
